CR Micro Training and Development System is based on the dual-channel development need of the employees of Cr Micro, which is totally divided into leadership development system and professional ability development system.

CR Micro training development system

The ladder type leadership development plan covers management of all ranks of managers from trainee, front line supervisor, manager to management team. We plan and manage the channel study path in a uniform manner, effectively utilize the resources of Leadership Development Center of China Resources Group, China Resources University, China Resources Microelectronics and various business units and provide training and development opportunities for managers of different layers based on the leadership quality model of the group and leadership quality model of middle-rank manager of Microelectronics, etc.

Professional ability development system

The relevant courses and projects will be developed for professional personnel of the functional department based on ability of dual channel qualification; training for professional personnel of business unit will be based on the industrial features and best practice of operation and management combining the qualification and ability of the professional personnel.
